Yes , in fact 85% of our training sessions are delivered online saving our clients time and resources. The virtual training can be delivered using various online platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom. Some of our trainers are COLF (Certified Online Learning Facilitator) certified.
We employ trainers with accreditations including MS Expert, MS Certified Trainer and Microsoft Office Instructor who are qualified to train in all aspects of MS Office. Some of our trainers are highly proficient in delivering specific courses such as Adobe, Azure, Data Security, Carbon Management , Soft Skills and many bespoke applications used by our client

We always aim to be receptive; our trainers report back after every session and we are always happy to receive and if needed act upon, feedback from our clients. We provide feedback questionnaires to all our clients who may not have their internal evaluation forms.
Yes. Our programmes are all designed for closed company sessions so we can tailor our offerings to the requirements of your particular organisation/department.
We charge £775 + VAT per day for up to 8 learners (face-to-face) and up to 6 ( virtual) for our standard MS Office applications. For prices of our other technical and soft-skills courses, please contact us.
Most of our clients prefer the training to be delivered virtually using either Zoom, MS Teams or other virtual platforms.
For some clients we deliver the face-to-face training at their premises at their preferred location site.

We have long term relationships with all of our regular associate trainers and regularly assess the state of their knowledge. All of our regular trainers have also taken the Microsoft exams, where necessary
We send through a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) form for completion by you (you can also find this on the website), which allows us to tailor the course as needed. We’re also happy to meet face to face or online to discuss your needs.

We charge £480 +VAT per day which includes a tailor-made training programme for the individual where they can mix and match the topics from various levels to get the most cost-effective training. Our half-day rates are £525 +VAT.
