Practical Microsoft Access Training for Real Business Needs

This instructor-led course uses realistic workplace scenarios to help delegates understand how Microsoft Access can be used to manage structured data more effectively than spreadsheets alone. Delegates will learn how to design databases, enter and manage information, create queries, build forms, and produce professional reports.
By the end of the training, your team will be able to create and use Microsoft Access databases that support better reporting, improved data integrity, and faster decision-making.

What Your Team Will Learn on Our Microsoft Access Course

During our Microsoft Access training, delegates will learn how to:
  • Design structured databases using tables, field data types, primary keys, and relationships to reduce duplication and improve data quality
  • Create powerful Access queries to filter, sort, summarise, and extract meaningful information for everyday business reporting
  • Build user-friendly forms to support accurate and efficient data entry, making it easier for non-technical users to work with databases
  • Produce professional Access reports for management information, audits, operational tracking, and recurring business reporting
  • Understand database best practice to help maintain reliable, scalable, and easy-to-use business databases
All learning is reinforced through hands-on exercises, practical examples, and business-focused scenarios so delegates can apply their new skills immediately in the workplace.
