TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Clients can request specific course date(s), or propose a range of dates, which match their availability for training. We can arrange sessions for between 1 and 8 delegates either at our training venue near Kings Cross or on the client’s site.
Please note that we do not run public scheduled training (i.e. pre-organized courses that mix clients from different organizations).
Where a client cannot just confirm a booking, we will provisionally hold a booking until the customer is ready to confirm. There is no obligation to hold the course until the booking is confirmed.
The dates must be confirmed or canceled no later than 5 working days prior to the training.
All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by completing the booking form or equivalent confirmation by email. However, it is still possible to cancel a course up to 5 complete working days before a course is due without incurring cancellation fees. Beyond that time, a 100% fee is payable.
Learning Needs Analysis
We are committed to ensuring that our clients get the most from our training. We can tailor courses to establish client’s specific learning needs; using a learning needs analysis assessment that is in an electronic format. We are happy to meet or discuss requirements by phone or email.
To maximize the effectiveness and relevance of the learning session, we would group together trainees with similar base knowledge and learning needs.
There is no additional charge for stationery or manuals that are available on http://psalltraining.com. Clients can download FREE learning manuals and QRG’s, (Quick Reference Guides), shortcut keys for various Microsoft Office applications for multiple versions from http://psalltraining.com/free-resources/course-manuals
Payment is required monthly with 30-day terms. We can arrange an alternative payment agreement with the clients, if and when necessary.
We can supply a set of eight laptops, with preloaded software if and when required.
The daily charge for a set of 8 laptops is £150.00 and a daylight projector free of charge if needed.
All the stationery and training equipment is usually delivered the day before the training session.
All courses are evaluated, and a report is sent at a frequency and in a format of the client’s choice.
Unlimited post-course telephone and E-mail support services are available to all the participants. They may be asked to email the questions and files to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have taken out all the relevant insurances such as Indemnity, Public, and Employers liability and can be produced on demand.
Complimentary light refreshments such as teas, coffees, biscuits, are available to the attendees in the morning and during all the breaks while in the training session at our training venue.
The Garden Café based at BMA House serves a variety of breakfast items, soups, salads and sandwiches, and a selection of cakes and snacks.
