Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) Workshop

Course Overview

This course is designed for Organizations to perform a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) where the processing of personal data involves high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

A DPIA is a key risk assessment process outlined in the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as it helps organizations make an early evaluation of the impact a business process might have on the privacy of the individuals involved, and ensures compliance with the UK Data Protection Act and EU GDPR.

This highly practical and interactive Data Protection Impact Assessments workshop provides you with the necessary skills to carry out a DPIA, in order to comply with the latest data protection legislation.

While there are no formal prerequisites, this course has been designed to meet the needs of delegates who have some knowledge of data protection and the GDPR.

This is a One-day Data Protection Impact Assessment Course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30.

Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.

Our Data Protection Impact Assessment Course will be delivered Online Remotely using online training platforms. It can also be run at our training venue near Liverpool Street (London) or any preferred location in the UK or Europe.
