Course Overview

At the end of the course delegates will understand the principles of leadership and motivating people, be able to deal with difficult situations and improve the effectiveness of meetings.

Those responsible for managing others, either actually or virtually.

Duration:

This is a 3 days Team Building and Effective Leadership Skills course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30. Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.

Location:

Our Team Building and Effective Leadership Skills course can be run at our training venue near Liverpool Street (London) or any preferred location in the UK or Europe.
