Course Overview

The course is designed to raise awareness of the equal opportunities law, how it affects companies, and what employee’s responsibilities are. The emphasis is on participation and practical work / exercises with the use of the group discussion, questions and answers, case studies, videos and syndicate exercises.

Duration:

This is a 1-day Equal Opportunities course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30.
Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.

Location:

Our Equal Opportunities course can be delivered virtually using online training platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom or face-to-face at any preferred location in the UK, Europe or ROW.

At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:

State what discrimination is and how it affects people and organization

Identify barriers to equal opportunities

Appreciate equal opportunity legislation

Understand their personal liability under the law

Identify and deal with harassment in the workplace
