Soft Skills - Mentoring and Coaching Skills

Course Overview

Mentoring and coaching are two of the key skills of the classic “situational leadership” model (the other being directing, supporting and delegating). This workshop focuses on this area of one to one developments of team members.

Audience:

Managers who are new to leading a group of people, or who have difficulty motivating or gaining commitment from their existing team. These managers are likely to be specifically involved in the personal development of individual team members.

Duration:

This is a 1 day Mentoring and Coaching Skills course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30. Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.

Location:

Our Mentoring and Coaching Skills course can be run at our training venue near Liverpool Street  (London) or any preferred location in the UK or Europe.
