Course Overview

This course looks at a number of advanced concepts in modern management for developing effective team performance. It provides an opportunity to assess how delegates approach team management and identifies strategies to develop their team’s effectiveness back at the workplace. This course is highly experiential and interactive, requiring delegates to focus on pragmatic way to develop their leadership of teams.

Duration:

This is a 1 or 2 days How to Motivate, Manage and Lead a Team course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30. Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.
