Course Overview

Many people when given the new role of “Manager” have never actually been trained for their new responsibilities. This course has been designed for new or existing Manages to work together to gain the necessary skill s to manage others. The majority of the input session are generated by facilitator-led discussions. There will be role-plays and exercises to demonstrate new techniques gained during the course.
  • Differentiate between management by control and management by commitment and identify actions and management styles, which influence performance

Audience:

New or existing managers and people who aspire to be effective and efficient in management roles. This one-day workshop is fun, fast and fulfilling.

Duration:

This is a 1 day Managing People course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30. Alternate timings can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.

Location:

Our Managing People course can be run at our training venue near Liverpool Street  (London) or any preferred location in the UK or Europe.
